Deposits secure your booking. Balance is due 14 days before your event. If plans change, here’s exactly what happens — in writing, same for every client.
Refund or credit, by timing.
The credit option is the soft-landing: if something changes on your end, we’d rather hold your deposit as credit toward a future booking than send a partial refund. Credits expire 12 months from original event date.

All amounts in Canadian dollars. Deposit checkout launches once our Stripe account is live — until then, tour bookings hold your date without a deposit taken.
No-smoking policy. The venue is strict no-smoking indoors. Damage caused by smoking or by guests violating venue rules is deducted from the booker’s cleaning deposit or billed separately.
Damage responsibility. The person who books the event is responsible for damages caused by them or their guests. Damage assessments are invoiced within 30 days of the event.
Chargebacks. Deposit disputes must be raised in writing first. We respond within 7 business days with the booking contract, Stripe receipts, and all communication on record.
