A Sweet 16 is the hardest brief in private events — it has to feel like a nightclub for the kids and a safe, organised evening for the parents at the same time. A production room you buy out privately solves both sides of that problem.
Programmable lighting, no bottle-service optics
The moving heads, the LED ceiling, the projection wall — all set to your birthday person's playlist. It reads club. It doesn't read bar. Parents can invite grandparents without a second thought.
Projection wall for the reveal and the dance floor
Walk-in slideshow with every friend and cousin's name, a surprise video from a relative who couldn't fly in, or just looping visuals over the dance-floor drops. The 20-foot wall does half the hosting.
Security + BYO permit = parents can relax
Licensed security is available on VIP Luxe. AGCO Special Event Permit for BYO liquor is a $50 paperwork lift we handle for you. If there's no alcohol, we drop the bar setup and the room still photographs like a private club.

Common questions
What hosts ask first.
Is alcohol allowed at a Sweet 16?
Only for legal-age guests and only with a valid AGCO Special Event Permit listing the adult host. We handle the paperwork — $50 processing. Many Sweet 16 bookings run entirely dry; the room photographs the same either way.
Can parents be on-site during the event?
Yes. Parents are the booking host — they're the ones on the contract. How visible they are during the night is up to them. We've hosted Sweet 16s where parents ran the bar, and ones where parents left an operator in charge and checked in at pickup.
What about safety and security?
Licensed security is available on VIP Luxe and as an add-on on Base / Premium. One of our team is on-site the entire night as operator — they handle AV, flow, and any issue before it reaches the host.
How early do Sweet 16 dates get booked?
Sweet 16s typically lock 6 to 12 weeks out because the guest-list coordination takes longer than an adult booking. Deposits hold the date; the planning call happens two weeks before.
