Dynamic Media + Lighting

Included

An operator at the Chamsys board for the whole night. Multiple graphics and visuals cycling through the room instead of one static loop, plus custom lighting cues, colours, and switches called live to your moments — arrival, dinner, the toast, the happy-birthday cue, the peak. Without it the room runs one looping visual and one static light look.

Photographer

$99/ hr

A Lush photographer on the floor for as many hours as you want covered — arrivals, candids, group shots, the moments people actually want sent to them afterward. Full raw gallery delivered after the event; touched-up edits available separately.

Videographer

$99/ hr

A videographer capturing the night for the hours you choose — the room, the entrance, the toast, the dance floor. You receive the full raw footage after the event. Edited highlight pieces are available as a separate add-on.

Extra Staff

Included

Adds a second event staff member to the BASE block, matching PREMIUM staffing. One keeps the floor moving while the other handles bar flow, guest arrivals, and room resets through the night.

Bartender

$400

Smart Serve certified bartender provides service under your Special Occasion Permit (SOP — host obtains from AGCO, ~$35, 2-week lead time). We supply the bartender, setup, mixers, ice, glassware, garnishes, and cleanup. You supply the alcohol from LCBO under your SOP.

Security

A licensed security professional on-site for the duration. Door check, guest-list verification, and calm presence through the night. Strongly recommended for 21st and Sweet-16 events.

A vetted DJ from our rotation. Genre to match your event — open-format, hip-hop, Afrobeat, house, Latin. They build a setlist to your crowd, read the floor, and hand off cleanly to cued moments like toasts and the birthday.

Valet

Professional valet service for guest arrival and departure. Two attendants, insured, managed by our team. The first thing guests experience is someone opening their door — reads as an event before they've stepped inside.

Concierge Planning

A dedicated planner from Casper's team partnered with you from booking through day-of — vendor coordination, run-of-show, contingency planning. The piece VIP LUXE clients get by default; it upgrades your PREMIUM night to feel produced end-to-end.
