The layout shapes itself around your night. We move the couches, reposition the bar, and run pipe and drape to carve the floor into sections. Custom booth seating gets built around your guest list, and the mini moving heads are programmed to the colours you pick. One room, arranged exactly the way you imagined it.
A 20-foot projection wall running custom visuals, plus a dance-floor TV and a bar TV that can all display custom graphics for your night. Programmable LED ceiling. Moving head lights overhead. Concert-grade sound system. The room is pre-loaded so your night starts the moment guests arrive.

Lush Event Space holds up to 50 guests standing or 40 seated. Base tier covers up to 30 guests; Premium and VIP Luxe cover up to 50.
Yes. Free street and lot parking sit directly outside the venue at 675 Garyray Drive in North York. The space is five minutes from Highway 400 and ten minutes from the Allen Road, so guest pickup and drop-off run smoothly.
Yes. For alcohol service the event host obtains a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) from AGCO Ontario — typically ~$35, apply 2+ weeks ahead at agco.ca. Bottles come from LCBO under your SOP. The bar setup, mixers, ice, glassware, and cleanup are included on every tier; the bartender is included on VIP Luxe and available as an add-on on Base and Premium.
Yes. Bring your own caterer or use our short list of trusted Toronto caterers. There is no kitchen on-site, so caterers operate as drop-off / staffed-buffet style. We can recommend grazing-table services on request.
Every tier includes a private buyout of the room, the full AV (concert-grade sound system, programmable LED ceiling, moving heads, 20-foot projection wall), wireless microphones, modular staging, the bar setup, and a dedicated operator + event staff for the night.
Base runs a 4-hour block. Premium and VIP Luxe run 6-hour blocks. Extended-hours add-ons are priced per additional hour. Setup time is included before your block starts; teardown happens after the block closes.

Base starts at $1,499 CAD for 4 hours and up to 35 guests ($899 weekdays & daytime). Premium starts at $2,499 for 6 hours and up to 50 guests. VIP Luxe starts at $4,999 all-inclusive. A $150 deposit at booking locks the date.
The fastest path from idea to a locked date is a 15-minute walk-through — in person or by video. Most tours end with a night on the calendar the same day.
